Jayde is a compassionate and motivated physiotherapist with a strong interest in disability advocacy and inclusive rehabilitation. Originally trained in South Africa, she brings a holistic and nurturing approach to physiotherapy, with experience working both independently and within multidisciplinary teams across hospital and outpatient settings.

Jayde has broad clinical experience spanning older adult rehabilitation, musculoskeletal therapy, and the treatment of individuals with complex neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and amputations.

She is skilled in delivering comprehensive functional assessments, including mobility and wheelchair evaluations, as well as home and environmental accessibility reviews. Her expertise also includes mobility and gait re-education, transfer training, standing practice, and community ambulation.

Jayde is experienced in hydrotherapy, Pilates, and exercise-based rehabilitation, bringing these skills into her practice to support strength, confidence, and functional recovery. She also has experience incorporating Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) within rehabilitation programmes where appropriate.

Education and collaboration are central to Jayde’s approach. She works closely with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding, confidence, and continuity of care. Her adaptable, organised, and patient-centred style supports safe, effective, and meaningful rehabilitation outcomes.
