We are fortunate enough at the Sutton Coldfield Stroke Club to have Paula attend all our meetings to deliver neurotherapy to our members. I had a very smooth and professional experience with Neuro-Therapy from start to finish. From my initial conversation with Helen, where I explained my situation and the need for a physiotherapist, everything was handled with care, understanding, and efficiency.

The physiotherapist attended within the agreed timeframe and was highly professional, respectful, and clear in outlining both the recovery goals and expected timeline. This gave me real confidence in the process and the support provided.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Neuro-Therapy for their call-out physiotherapy service. The team is professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on patient care.

We had a lovely physio called Mishah who worked with my mom after she had a stroke. A lovely girl with a very caring nature. My mom used to look forward to Mishah coming not only for the physio but for a natter. Mishah worked hard with my mom & got her walking from a frame to a walking stick & using the stairs. My sister arranged for Jane to visit my mom after a very long stay in hospital.  She was friendly,  calm and professional and my mom felt very safe working with her. She provided a range of exercises that mom could do to build her muscles up again and talked her through very thoroughly.  She also provided a copy of these exercises via email which we were able to print off and that was very useful.  We would not hesitate to recommend Jane to anyone needing physiotherapy. My dad has been having physiotherapy from NT Rehab since his stroke earlier this year. We are all very pleased with the therapy he has received from Claire and Jane and with the progress he is making. They have been very helpful, easy to contact, happy to answer questions and very supportive in what has been a challenging time for us. He enjoys his physio sessions and is making good progress.
