With more than 15 years of clinical experience, Payal brings extensive expertise in neurological rehabilitation to her physiotherapy practice.
She has worked with adults living with complex neurological conditions across all stages of their recovery, from early rehabilitation through to long-term condition management. Her specialist experience includes supporting individuals following stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and traumatic brain injury.
Payal has developed a broad and advanced clinical skill set, including upper limb rehabilitation, spasticity management, posture and falls management, goal-oriented treatment planning (GAS), and gait re-education. She is committed to delivering personalised, patient-centred therapy, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to meaningful and achievable goals.
She brings excellent communication skills, a creative and thoughtful approach to treatment, and a strong work ethic to her practice. Payal works closely with her patients to support measurable progress and to enhance their confidence, independence, and overall quality of life.
